1.Scope

1.1

These terms and condition’s are always part of the Accommodation Agreement between the guest and the EastSide Pension. (ESP)

1.2

Booking offers on booking requests can be made orally, by telephone, fax, email or in writing. A contract between the parties is binding, when the guesthouse has confirmed the booking in writing.

When you have chosen Direct-Booking the contract is set with our booking confirmation AND your reconfirmation on to it.

 

1.3

We are obliged to keep your room available for you for the time confirmed. If force majeure prevents this -the guest has no right of compensation

 

1.4

·         Check-in time is from 2.00 PM on. Should you arrive earlier please come directly to the guesthouse. You can store your luggage and if your room is available already you can check in your room immediately.

·         Check-out time is 11.20 AM. After this you can store your luggage free of charge till your bus/ flight takes off.

·         You get your own pair of keys so you haven’t to care for opening times on the reception.

·         We don’t accept credit. cards for payment- just CASH and bank wire.

·         The guesthouse hasn’t got a own parking lot. There is a parking house near by. (100 yards around the corner)
Due to the old buildings, houses haven´t got seldom own parking lots. Since there is municipal park management you need
a permit for parking. We can provide our guests with such a permit.

·         Free W-LAN is provided in the rooms.

·         Lila Bike Rental in the front of the guesthouse offers bikes to rent on a cheap rate.

·         Rates are per room per night. Rates mentioned are minimum rates. For some dates we have different rates.

Any deviating agreement must be agreed in writing first.

2. Payment

2.1

Generally the invoice is due on the day of arrival. Payment can be in cash or can be paid in advance into our bank account. Please note that we do not accept checks, credit cards or debit cards.

2.3

We are entitled at our discretion to require a deposit in advance. This deposit is about 30% of the total amount.

 

3. Prices

3.1

All of our rates are the best available at the time of booking and are quoted in Euro.  Any amendments or additional bookings may be charged at a different rate. 

 

3.2

All taxes and service charges are included

4. Cancellation

4.1

Our terms of payment applies

4.2

Reservations are binding.

All bookings are made under standard conditions – our legal statement are in charge. You can cancel an individual booking  2 days before your arrival. Thereafter we charge 80% of the total amount. Cancellations must be send by mail, e-mail or fax. We will confirm your cancellation. Only confirmed cancellations in writing are accepted.

4.3

The guest has to  pay the entire amount in an earlier departure.

4.4

If an agreed payment is not done so by the guest the ESP is entitled to resign from the contract.

4.5

If the ESP has a reasonable suspicion - that the guest’s conduct destroys the reputation of the guesthouse’s name or if he endangers our business we are entitled to resign from the contract instantly.

4.6

If a guest  refuses to take the room - out of  whatever reason– without legitimate objections – he has to pay the total amount for at least one day.

 

 

5. Liability

5.1

 

The liability of the guesthouse applies to § 701-703 des BGB. Any liability for other reasons is excluded, unless the damage was from the inn, whose legal representatives or vicarious agents intentionally or through gross negligence caused.

5.2

We are not responsible for any expensive goods, bigger amounts of cash and valuables. Unless there is no guilt

by our staff. The guest has to take custody of his goods.

5.3

Pets are allowed only by agreement.

5.4

The guest is responsible for any damage to the premises of the ESP. He is to pay for the costs of reparation.

 

5.5

Hyperlinks to the WebSite of third parties on the ESP WebSite  are intended as a service and the ESP is not responsible for the index.

 

6. Final Agrements

6.1

6.2

The invalidity of individual items of the terms  does not affect the validity of the remaining points. Instead of - an ineffective regulation is replaced by one what come closest to the origin sense.

6.3
